Job summary

SeaRenergy Group is seeking an experienced Onshore Logistics Manager (m/f/d) for an offshore wind project based in Łeba, Poland. The role is freelance/B2B with a 12-month duration and a 14/14 rotation in coordination with offshore logistics. Occasional offshore assignments may be required.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in logistics or related field.
• Solid experience in offshore wind, maritime or project logistics.
• Experience with cargo handling, storage, and transport processes; customs knowledge is a plus.
• Very good English; Polish language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end onshore logistics, including receipt, transfer, storage and distribution of goods and documentation.
• Organise and supervise cargo handling, packing, stowage, loading and unloading; ensure safe material flows between onshore base, vessels and interfaces.
• Coordinate material transfers with offshore team, project teams, suppliers, and transport providers.
• Prepare and maintain transport, shipping and logistics documentation; support customs processes.
• Coordinate handling, storage and documentation of dangerous goods in line with IMDG requirements.
• Monitor inventories, storage areas, material availability and waste handling; coordinate segregation, storage and disposal.
