Job summary

Taylor Hopkinson | Powered by Brunel is seeking an HSE Advisor for a major offshore wind project based in Poland. You will drive a proactive HSE culture, lead safety meetings, and ensure compliance with RAMS and ISO standards.

You should have 3–5 years' HSE experience, NEBOSH Level 3+, GWO qualifications, and strong English skills. The role involves coordinating with contractors, managing incidents, and supporting risk-based decision making.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH qualification level 3 or higher.
• 3–5 years HSE experience in onshore renewables or offshore wind.
• Experience in commissioning offshore substations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• IT literate; familiarity with Synergi is an advantage.
• Experience working with 3rd party contractors.
• Valid safety/training certificates.
• Willingness to maintain competence levels for the role.

Responsibilities

• Drive a proactive HSE culture through leadership and engagement.
• Promote data-driven risk management and high-quality data handling.
• Support development and use of HSE documents and procedures.
• Manage HSE system and QA/QC processes.
• Coordinate emergency response and crisis management.
• Assist audits and NCR follow-ups.
• Lead safety meetings, toolbox talks, and inspections.
• Review RAMS and HSE documentation.
• Report LTIs and safety observations.
• Liaise with contractors to improve HSE culture.
• Participate in site HSE meetings and audits.
• Maintain professional licenses and trainings.
