Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Observability Engineer to extend the Agent Observability SDK and design ADOT pipelines in production cloud environments. You will implement YAML-driven telemetry configurations, build custom metrics and spans, and optimize CloudWatch metrics and X-Ray exports for scalable visibility across AI agent platforms.

This role requires 3+ years in observability or platform engineering, deep ADOT/OpenTelemetry experience, and Python SDK development.
