Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks an Senior AI-Native Engineer to tackle tricky systems, track bugs, and ship usable AI-enabled software. You will understand problems, choose approaches, and deliver end-to-end results, including AI workflows and production features.

You will configure and extend agent harnesses, integrate with real codebases and CI pipelines, and collaborate to improve efficiency while explaining technical decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years shipping and maintaining production software, with ability to write code and debug complex systems.
• Experience reasoning about architecture and explaining technical decisions.
• Hands-on experience configuring and adapting agent harnesses and integrations.
