Job summary

Jit Team is offering a hybrid role in Poland, working from Gdynia/Gdańsk/Warszawa with three days in the office. You will coordinate network segmentation for a major DORA-compliant financial services project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and drive secure connectivity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project delivery, cybersecurity, network security, infrastructure transformation, or operational resilience.
• Strong understanding of network segmentation, firewall technologies, application connectivity, network communication flows, or Least Privilege principles.
• Proven stakeholder management skills and experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives in large enterprise environments.
• Experience in requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, implementation planning, risk management, and delivery reporting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical requirements into actionable plans for senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of DORA requirements, financial services environments, Zero Trust, or network modernisation projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate network segmentation activities across assigned applications and services within the DORA programme.
• Collaborate with Application Owners, Application Providers, and technical teams to gather requirements and validate connectivity.
• Facilitate workshops to identify dependencies, communication flows, and access requirements.
• Work with Network Engineers, Security Architects, and Infrastructure Teams to define and implement segmentation solutions.
• Develop and monitor implementation plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and remediation actions.
• Prepare project documentation and status reports for governance and senior stakeholders.
