Job summary

Jit is seeking an experienced IT project professional to oversee network segmentation initiatives within a DORA-focused programme. You will coordinate across Application Owners, technical teams, and security stakeholders to ensure secure connectivity and compliant delivery.

The role emphasizes collaboration in a multinational environment, with English as the daily operating language and a Scandinavian-influenced culture that values work‑life balance and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project delivery, cybersecurity, network security, infrastructure transformation, or operational resilience.
• Strong understanding of network segmentation, firewall technologies, application connectivity, network communication flows, and Least Privilege principles.
• Proven stakeholder management skills coordinating complex, cross-functional initiatives in large enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate network segmentation activities across assigned applications and services within the DORA programme.
• Collaborate with Application Owners, Application Providers, and technical teams to gather requirements and validate application connectivity.
• Facilitate workshops to identify application dependencies, communication flows, and network access requirements.
• Work closely with Network Engineers, Security Architects, and Infrastructure Teams to define and implement segmentation solutions.
• Develop and monitor implementation plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and remediation actions.
• Prepare project documentation, Solution Design Documents, implementation plans, and status reports for programme governance and senior stakeholders.
