DCG is seeking a Network Segmentation Specialist to join our client’s IT delivery team in Poland. The role centers on implementing segmentation controls, engaging stakeholders, and aligning with DORA requirements.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives with network engineers, security architects, and application teams, coordinate risk mitigation, and report progress to executives.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project delivery, cyber security programmes or related fields.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• Proven experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple dependencies.
• Deep understanding of Network Segmentation, firewall technologies and Trust Boundaries.
• Experience facilitating workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
• Ability to translate technical and business requirements into actionable plans.
• Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery reporting in large programmes.
• Strong written communication for governance materials and executive status reports.
• Ability to drive activities independently and coordinate multiple workstreams.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the Network Segmentation SPOC between programme components and teams.
• Drive stakeholder engagement for adoption of segmentation controls.
• Communicate DORA requirements, objectives, timelines and outcomes.
• Coordinate analysis of application communication flows and dependencies.
• Facilitate workshops to validate connectivity and readiness.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and risk teams on segmentation solutions.
• Coordinate segmentation plans, milestones, and approvals.
• Monitor delivery progress, risks, and blockers escalation.
• Support creation of SDDs, firewall rule changes, and governance artefacts.
• Ensure adherence to cyber security standards and DORA expectations.
• Provide status reporting to governance forums and senior stakeholders.
