Job summary

ELEKS Software Engineering and Development Office is seeking a Middle Strong/Senior Full-Stack Developer (-.NET+React) for projects in Poland or Ukraine. The role focuses on building a Human Resources System for ministries in a US Government-funded project, using C#/.NET Core on the backend and React with TypeScript on the frontend.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in software development, strong experience with ASP.NET Core Web API/MVC, SQL Server, Dapper, and modern security (OAuth2/OIDC/JWT).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience with C#/.NET
• Strong ASP.NET Core Web API & MVC experience
• Production experience with MS SQL Server
• Experience with Dapper
• Hands-on OAuth2/OIDC/JWT and secure cookies
• Redis for caching and distributed coordination
• Strong React + TypeScript experience
• Unit & integration testing; E2E testing using Cypress/Playwright
• Logging, distributed tracing (OpenTelemetry), metrics and alerting
• Upper-intermediate or higher level of English
