Job summary

Polcode is seeking a strong Mid/Senior Full-Stack Developer (.NET + React) to join an ongoing project for an Israel-based client in the insurance domain. The role covers backend-heavy development, REST APIs, and cloud migration to a SaaS model, with frontend work in React and RTL/Hebrew support as needed.

Remote within Poland or in Warszawa office. You will collaborate with an international team, contribute to AI-powered automation, and own end-to-end features across backend and frontend,

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience with .NET/C#
• Hands-on knowledge of React.js
• Experience building and integrating REST APIs and working with webhooks
• Experience with relational databases
• Understanding of SaaS architecture and multi-tenancy concepts
• Experience in the insurance/Insurtech domain
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for complex tasks
• Flexibility to move between backend, frontend, maintenance, integrations, and new development
• Strong communication skills and the ability to discuss progress, blockers, and technical decisions
• English at B2/C1 level for comfortable day-to-day communication in an international team.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend business logic using .NET/C#
• Build and maintain REST API integrations with insurance companies and external services
• Contribute to the system’s transition from on-premises to cloud-based SaaS
• Work on multi-tenancy concepts, including database and schema isolation
• Develop and improve responsive React.js interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile
• Support RTL/Hebrew-oriented frontend views where needed
• Refactor legacy code to improve performance, security, and architecture
• Work with integrations such as WhatsApp and automated dialer systems
• Contribute to AI and bot integrations using MCP
• Use AI-assisted development tools as part of your day-to-day engineering workflow.
