Job summary

Polcode Sp. z o.o is a Poland-based software house delivering web, mobile, and eCommerce solutions for clients worldwide.

We are seeking a strong Mid/Senior Full-Stack Developer (.NET + React) to join an ongoing Insurtech project, collaborating with an Israel-based client team on backend-heavy development and cloud-oriented modernization. You will work across the stack, focusing on .NET/C# backend, REST APIs, and React interfaces, while exploring AI-powered automation and multi-tenant SaaS

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience with .NET/C#.
• Hands-on React.js development.
• Experience building and integrating REST APIs and working with webhooks.
• Experience with relational databases (SQL).
• Understanding of SaaS architecture and multi-tenancy concepts.
• Experience in the insurance/Insurtech domain is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly in an international team.
• English at B2/C1 level for day-to-day communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend business logic using .NET/C# and maintain REST APIs.
• Build and refine React.js interfaces for desktop and mobile.
• Work on SaaS transition and multi-tenant architectures with cloud-ready solutions.
• Integrate with external services and plan AI-assisted workflows where applicable.
• Collaborate with international client teams and communicate progress and blockers clearly.
