Job summary

Listo Global is seeking a Senior Modern Work Engineer to lead complex Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations and related workloads. You will independently assess environments, design migration strategies, execute cutovers, and troubleshoot issues.

The role focuses on Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID migrations, using Quest ODM, MigrationWiz, and ShareGate to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in Microsoft infrastructure or Modern Workplace environments.
• Proven experience leading Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations.
• Experience with Quest ODM, MigrationWiz, and ShareGate.
• Strong client-facing communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple migration projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migration projects from discovery through cutover and stabilization.
• Migrate Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, domains, permissions, and collaboration workloads.
• Assess source and target environments and identify dependencies, risks, and technical requirements.
• Develop migration strategies, wave plans, runbooks, validation plans, and cutover procedures.
• Configure and manage migration tools including Quest ODM, MigrationWiz, and ShareGate.
• Support Entra ID, Active Directory, hybrid identity, and Intune transitions.
• Troubleshoot migration issues and ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct client-facing technical discussions and provide architectural guidance.
• Collaborate with Cloud, Security, Infrastructure, and Project teams throughout delivery.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Modern Work Engineer with deep expertise in Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations, tenant consolidations, M&A integrations, carve-outs, and divestitures. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who can independently assess environments, design migration strategies, execute complex migrations, troubleshoot issues, and lead successful cutovers.

The ideal candidate has significant experience migrating Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID environments, utilizing tools such as Quest ODM, BitTitan MigrationWiz, and ShareGate.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migration projects from discovery through cutover and stabilization.


• Migrate Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, domains, permissions, and collaboration workloads.

• PowerShell automation experience.


• Consulting, MSP, or Systems Integrator background.
