Job summary

Radley James is seeking an experienced Microsoft Entra ID Architect to lead a large-scale identity modernization programme for a major financial services organisation. The role is fully remote within the EU and focuses on migrating from ADFS to Microsoft Entra ID in a regulated enterprise environment.

You will collaborate with infrastructure, security, application, and architecture teams to deliver a secure and scalable identity platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and enterprise IAM solutions.
• Proven experience migrating from ADFS to Microsoft Entra ID.
• Knowledge of authentication and federation protocols: SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale identity architecture and security controls.
• Understanding Entra ID administration, automation, and integration.
• Experience in complex enterprise IT environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and own architectural decisions.
• Experience in banking/financial services or regulated industries.
• Experience with hybrid identity environments.
