Aufgaben

• Translate business needs into well-structured functional and technical processes and data models.
• Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Technical Leads, Application Owners, and business stakeholders.
• Deliver stable, high-performance, and scalable solutions aligned with Enterprise Architecture standards.
• Provide expert technical guidance to squad members and take a leading role in defining and driving key technical decisions.
• Maintain an end-to-end understanding of all applications that interact with your domain.
• Take ownership of squad-managed applications and assets, including CMDB maintenance.
• Balance and prioritize technical requirements alongside business expectations within the squad backlog.
• Coordinate lifecycle activities such as functional upgrades, migrations, and security updates.
• Offer hands-on operational support during hotline (day) and watch duty (night) rotations.
• Serve as an escalation point for critical incidents to ensure timely and effective resolution.
• Act as a mentor and provide direction to junior colleagues, helping drive the team.
