Job summary

Digital Turbine in Warsaw is seeking a Senior Mobile Engineer to design, build, and own high-performance Android SDKs and on-device services, with cross-platform work on iOS as needed. You will drive reliability, footprint, battery, and security while shipping features at carrier and OEM scale.

You will own the full lifecycle from instrumentation to on-call, mentor peers, and improve code quality through reviews and automated testing in a fast-paced, autonomous team environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building production mobile software.
• Experience shipping SDKs or libraries.
• Strong memory and battery profiling skills.
• Experience operating in production at scale.
• Comfort working in fast-paced autonomous teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain high-performance Android SDKs and on-device services.
• Drive down install and delivery failures across a fragmented device/OS landscape.
• Partner with OEM/carrier teams to ship features within tight platform constraints.
• Extend on-device surfaces for alternative distribution and brand-on-device experiences.
• Own the full lifecycle: instrumentation, alerts, rollout, A/B testing, and on-call.
• Raise code quality through reviews, automated tests, and mentoring.
