Job summary

HeadHR is seeking a senior Android Developer to join our engineering team in a hybrid role in Wroclaw. You will lead and contribute to building scalable mobile applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose, following MVVM or MVI patterns, and collaborating across multiple technical and business units.

You will mentor junior developers, optimize app performance, participate in code reviews, and help shape CI/CD practices in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Android app development using Kotlin and Jetpack.
• Strong knowledge of MVVM or MVI patterns.
• Experience leading teams and mentoring juniors.
• Fluent in mobile performance optimization and testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance scalable Android applications using Kotlin and Java.
• Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces with Jetpack Compose and MVVM/MVI patterns.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, IT, legal and external teams to deliver features.
• Optimize performance and UX while keeping code scalable and maintainable.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, code reviews, CI/CD processes and Agile ceremonies.
