ipracujzdalnie.pl is seeking a Mobile Solution Architect to lead end-to-end mobile architecture for iOS and Android. The role focuses on designing scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions, with a mix of native and cross‑platform approaches and hands-on leadership of engineering teams.

You will work in a hybrid model from Gdańsk, collaborating with UX/UI, backend, and delivery teams, and mentoring staff while aligning architecture with client needs and GDPR compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience designing mobile apps with end-to-end architecture.
• Proven track record delivering native or cross-platform mobile solutions.
• Strong understanding of mobile performance, security and offline functionality.
• Experience publishing production mobile apps on App/Play stores.
