Job summary

Talanto is seeking a Senior Manager, Machine Learning Platform Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI solutions from PoC to production in a hybrid setup with Warsaw offices.

The role requires strong Python ML tooling experience (PyTorch/TensorFlow, scikit-learn), SQL, and familiarity with ML Ops and data workflows. English and Polish fluency are essential to collaborate across our international teams.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python and ML libraries (PyTorch/TensorFlow, scikit-learn).
• Experience with LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Experience with ML model evaluation and validation.
• Experience with SQL and cloud or on‑prem infrastructure.
• Excellent English and Polish language skills.

Responsibilities

• Designs, builds, and deploys AI solutions from PoC to production.
• Implementing and integrating AI models (fine-tuning, RAG, ML pipelines).
• Deploying models to production and maintaining them (MLOps, monitoring, evaluation).
• Working with data: feature engineering, data quality, and dataset preparation.
