Talan Group is looking for an AI Engineer to work in a hybrid role based in Warsaw, Poland. You will design, develop, and deploy AI solutions while ensuring their performance and reliability. Ideal candidates should have proven experience in AI engineering, with strong skills in Python and machine learning frameworks.

This position offers the opportunity to work on international projects in a challenging, multicultural environment that emphasizes innovation and technology.

Job Description

AI Solution Development

Design and develop agentic systems, machine learning models, and AI algorithms.

Lead the implementation of scalable AI products aligned with business and user needs.

Deploy and operate AI/ML solutions in cloud environments (AWS preferred).

Ensure reliability, performance, and maintainability of AI systems in production.

Design and oversee scalable data pipelines across cloud and hybrid environments.

Lead data preprocessing, ingestion, and transformation activities.

Establish data quality controls and monitor data drift.

Guide model training, evaluation, tuning, and performance optimization.

Integration & Deployment

Integrate AI components into existing systems and workflows.

Manage production deployments, monitoring, versioning, and maintenance.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective AI solutions.

Maintain clear technical documentation.

Communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and best practices.

Experiment with new approaches to improve existing and future solutions.

Qualifications

Required Skills

Proven experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role.

Hands‑on experience building and deploying AI and ML systems.

Strong proficiency inPython.

Experience withagentic frameworks (e.g. LangChain, pydantic‑ai, strands, Agent‑ai).

Solid knowledge ofML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn).

Experience in NLP, computer vision, or related AI domains.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred, Azure or GCP welcome).

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Experience working in cross‑functional teams.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Azure DevOps).
