Job summary

Talan Group is seeking a skilled AI/Machine Learning engineer to design, implement, and deploy AI models in a hybrid Warsaw setting. You will work on integrating models (fine-tuning, RAG, ML pipelines) and ensure production readiness through MLOps, monitoring, and evaluation.

You will handle data workflows, feature engineering, data quality, and dataset preparation while collaborating with a multicultural international team across regions. English and Polish are required.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python and ML libraries with hands-on experience
• Experience with SQL and cloud or on‑prem infrastructure
• Ability to deliver tasks within a defined solution architecture
• English and Polish language proficiency

Responsibilities

• Implementing and integrating AI models (fine-tuning, RAG, ML pipelines)
• Deploying models to production and maintaining them (MLOps, monitoring, evaluation)
