Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (PyTorch/TensorFlow, scikit-learn).
• Experience with LangChain or LlamaIndex for AI workflows.
• Strong ML fundamentals: supervised/unsupervised models, evaluation, validation.
• SQL proficiency; experience with cloud platforms and/or on-premises infra.
• Ability to work independently within a defined solution architecture.
• English and Polish language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI solutions (LLMs and traditional ML) from PoC to production.
• Implement and integrate AI models (fine-tuning, RAG, ML pipelines).
• Deploy models to production and maintain them (MLOps, monitoring, evaluation).
• Work with data: feature engineering, data quality, dataset preparation.
