Job summary

Talanto, based in Warsaw, is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to own the development, scaling, and deployment of computer vision models in real-world geospatial data projects. You will work on production-ready code, guide technical decisions, and directly impact construction site operations.

The role requires 5+ years in AI/ML/CV, deep PyTorch expertise, and strong Python skills. Office presence in Warsaw is expected at least 3 days a week, with Docker/MLflow/DVC experience as pluses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience as an AI/ML/CV engineer.
• Hands-on PyTorch experience for CV tasks.
• Strong Python foundations and clean coding practices.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) to collaborate with international clients.

Responsibilities

• Own the model lifecycle: architect, train, and deploy CV models.
• Scale ML pipelines: build robust, reproducible training and deployment workflows.
• Write production-ready code in Python within an MLOps workflow.
• Solve spatial problems using geospatial, drone, and satellite data to provide insights.
• Collaborate with and mentor mid-level engineers to align model performance with product goals.
