Job summary

Finom is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to own production ML from data gathering to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement. You will oversee the Dynamic Risk Score that scores the entire client base daily and informs risk decisions across markets.

You will contribute to ML infrastructure, ensure production model integrity, and thrive in a startup environment offering stock options, EU remote work, and strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as ML Engineer or Data Scientist with production deployment experience.
• Strong SQL and Python skills; experience with Databricks.
• Excellent architectural and monitoring capabilities in production.

Responsibilities

• Develop full-stack ML models (binary classification & regression) for fraud/financial crime.
• Own and evolve the Dynamic Risk Score across markets with daily scoring.
• Manage ML-driven transaction rules and optimize alerts.
• Set up production monitoring and champion-challenger framework.
• Contribute to ML infrastructure and inter-service interactions.
