Job summary

Randstad Polska Sp. z o.o. seeks a Senior Software Engineer with ML Ops expertise to join a globally recognized financial enterprise. You will develop solutions to evaluate AI/ML models for cyber vulnerabilities within a pioneering cybersecurity program.

You will bridge software engineering, data science, and security in a hybrid setup, contributing to AI risk governance across thousands of internal systems under a permanent contract and helping shape enterprise-wide security standards.

Qualifications

• Proven background in software engineering with data science and ML Ops experience.
• Experience evaluating AI/ML model performance, risk, and behavior.
• Understanding of cybersecurity concepts for production ML deployments.
• Strong data analysis skills to interpret model outputs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own end-to-end solutions to evaluate AI/ML models for cyber risks.
• Set up benchmarking frameworks to assess model safety and outputs.
• Collaborate with Model Risk Management and Data Science teams on governance.
• Process evaluation results to generate actionable security insights.
• Ensure model evaluation tools integrate with the broader cybersecurity platform.
