Job summary

Your ITeams Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to join the Solution Architecture team in a hybrid role based in Warsaw. You will design solutions across cloud, on-prem, integration and security, ensuring governance and enterprise standards are met.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in enterprise architecture, strong stakeholder skills, and experience with M&A due diligence and large-scale migrations. English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Solution or Infrastructure Architecture in enterprise environments.
• Experience designing across cloud, hybrid infra, app integration and security.
• Experience with governance-driven architecture practices.
• Strong stakeholder management, comms to tech and business.
• English proficiency; additional M&A/divestiture experience preferred.
• TOGAF/ArchiMate familiarity; logistics domain experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce Solution Design Documents and high-level architectures.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions across cloud, infrastructure, integration and security.
• Ensure alignment with architecture standards and governance.
• Provide architectural guidance through full project lifecycle.
• Support M&A activities: assessments, due diligence, integration planning.
• Collaborate with Enterprise, Infrastructure, Security and Ops teams.
• Identify risks, dependencies and mitigation strategies.
• Contribute to reusable reference designs and best practices.
• Assist with tech troubleshooting and escalations.
