Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking an experienced MS Dynamics 365 CE / Power Apps Architect to join our Advisory team delivering cutting-edge IT solutions for major EMEA clients.

You will design and implement Dynamics 365 CE solutions, build APIs for Dataverse integrations, and lead enterprise-scale projects with a focus on quality and performance.

Strong English communication and leadership skills are essential to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive successful deployments across platforms.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in MS D365 CE implementations in CRM/Sales/Marketing
• Experience building APIs for Dataverse-based solutions
• Excellent English verbal and written communication
• Willingness to participate in MS Dynamics 365 consulting projects focusing on new solutions
• Hands-on collaboration with R&D teams to implement best practices and new Dynamics 365 features
• Reporting progress and documenting results of implementations and post-implementation reviews
• Hands-on experience designing, testing, and deploying Dynamics 365 solutions from workshops to pilots to production

The opportunity

Right now, we are looking for MS Dynamics 365 CE / Power Apps Architect to join our EY GDS Advisory team focused on providing cutting – edge IT solutions dedicated to the biggest market players in EMEA region.

Your key responsibilities

You’ll be working with state-of-the-art technologies in the area of MS DYNAMICS 365 CE. The idea is to deliver business advisory services in the field of transformation and enterprise management systems; implement the newest MS DYNAMICS 365 CE solutions and manage the quality of implementation projects.

Skills and attributes for success

• 6+ years of experience in MS DYNAMICS 365 CE implementations in areas of Sales, Marketing or others from the CRM area in the role of solution architect or at least a technical consultant with development skills
• Experience in building APIs for connecting the Dataverse based solutions
• Experience with Mobile D365 solutions
• Experience in Power Apps tools: Portal, Canvas and/or Model-driven

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Experience in project planning and costing
• Knowledge about system enhancements
• Excellent English verbal and written communication
• Readiness to participate in MS DYNAMICS 365Consulting implementation projects with a focus on developing new solutions and expanding system functionalities within the scope of R&D activities.
• Hands‑on approach to collaborating with R&D teams to identify and implement best practices and new MSDYNAMICS 365solutions that may enhance the efficiency of business processes.
• Willingness to report the progress of R&D projects and documenting the results of implementations, as well as post-implementation review.
• Practical, hands‑on expertise in designing, testing, and implementing MS Dynamics 365 solutions — from workshops and pilots to proof‑of‑concepts and deployment of new or improved system features.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Higher Education Degree
• Strong team leader skills
• Knowledge about system enhancements
• Communicative level of German or other European languages
