Zusammenfassung

Electrolux Group in Żarów, Poland, is seeking a Senior Development Engineer to join the R&D team. You will develop components and subsystems for CARE products from concept through production, collaborating with an international team across design, testing, and manufacturing.

You will drive mechanical design solutions, ensure standardization and modularization, and define test plans while coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders to deliver robust, manufacturable products.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in mechanical engineering or specialization is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years in mass production development.
• Experience with plastic injection molding or sheet metal stamped design.
• Strong CAD modelling and drafting skills; CATIA V5 is a plus.
• Knowledge of FEA, Mold-flow, and formability simulations.
• Fluent English and strong analytical problem-solving abilities.

Aufgaben

• Create mechanical design solutions meeting specification, reliability, cost, and manufacturability.
• Design components from concept to industrialization, ensuring standardization and modularization.
• Develop and maintain 3D/2D CAD models (PLM) and define test plans.
• Support component supply specs and test manual definition.
• Analyze technical solutions with suppliers, manufacturing, quality, and purchasing.
• Assist with component/product approvals, critical dimensions, and inspection disposition.
• Support project deliveries, documentation, and planning; assist cost/quality improvements.
