All about the role: As senior development engineer, you will be part of R&D organization and will be responsible for development of components and/or subsystems applied to CARE products from conceptualization to introduction in production throughout prototype and testing phases inside an international team.
You are a curious and motivated engineer who enjoys turning ideas into tangible, reliable mechanical solutions. You combine solid technical knowledge with a hands‑on, problem‑solving mindset, and you feel comfortable working from early concept phases all the way to industrialization. You work well in international and cross‑functional teams, collaborating openly with colleagues, suppliers, and manufacturing partners. You pay attention to detail, take ownership of your components, and are driven by continuous improvement in cost, quality, and performance. You are eager to learn, open to feedback, and committed to delivering solutions that are robust, manufacturable, and aligned with Electrolux's high standards.
