Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years as a Project Leader in R&D Product Development.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage R&D projects, new platforms or subsystems.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver results.
• Support projects from definition to series production approval.
• Report in CP-meetings and steering meetings.
• Create investment requests when applicable.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met.
