Qualifications

• Over 6 years of hands-on D365 CE/CRM experience in architecture or senior technical consulting roles.
• Fluent professional English, written and spoken.
• Strong development background with ability to translate business needs into scalable CRM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and functional evolution of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.
• Design, pilot, and deploy transformative CRM architectures across Dataverse and Power Apps.
