capital.com invites a Marketing Analytics Engineer to take ownership of the next phase of our marketing data infrastructure in Warsaw, building new data models, AI-powered agents, and end-to-end pipelines that drive smarter marketing decisions.

You will work with a talented team across markets, delivering autonomous reporting, scalable attribution, and proactive analytics tools while enjoying flexible work, private medical insurance, volunteering days, and global company events.

Qualifications

• Solid background in marketing data and attribution.
• Experience with SQL databases and Python.
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent design.
• Experience with APIs/integrations.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing data models for use in AI and reporting.
• Improve attribution models and releases.
• Design, build and improve AI agents covering channel performance, budget allocation, media monitoring, user quality, and competitive intelligence.
• Create automation pipelines connecting datasources, AI models, and marketing tools.
• Develop Slack bot and internal tooling for AI analysis access.
