Qualifications

University degree in Engineering or related field.
5+ years of experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Practical knowledge of industrial automation and pneumatic systems.
Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methods.
Good communication skills in English.
Experience with preventive maintenance systems, maintenance planning tools, and process improvement methodologies.
Knowledge of quality standards and requirements used in the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

Manage the Maintenance Team and coordinate activities with external service providers and contractors.
Ensure reliable operation of production equipment and plant facilities.
Maintain high equipment availability to support smooth manufacturing processes.
Plan and supervise preventive maintenance, repairs, and technical inspections.
Improve team performance and maintenance efficiency.
Participate in the installation, commissioning, and acceptance of new equipment.
Support the development and implementation of maintenance improvement initiatives and best practices.
