Job summary

Philip Morris International in Kraków offers a paid internship for up to 12 months, focusing on quantitative research, data analysis and consumer insights. You will gain hands-on experience with Excel, Power BI and other data tools while collaborating with a multinational team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings and calendars across multiple time zones.

• Clean, validate and perform preliminary analysis on data using Excel/Power BI.
• Apply weighting, significance testing, regression and validation techniques.
• Prepare reports, graphs and visualizations for stakeholders.
• Participate in team meetings and cross-functional workshops.
• Assist with project documentation and vendor coordination.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Students of thelast years of studies or up to 1 year after graduation, preferably with a Statistics / Economics / Psychology / Marketing / Social Sciences, etc. background
• Preferably candidatesavailablefor a minimum of 32+ hours per week
• Candidates with experience in using Microsoft Office tools and with Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas)
• Strong interest in quantitative research, data analysis and consumer insights
• Fluent English speaker
• Quick learners with good interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
• Individuals who can prioritize responsibilities and pay attention to details.
• Experience in using Power BI, Python, SQL would be an asset

• In this position, you will earn no less than PLN 34 gross per hour

HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

• Support administration activities, f.ex. coordinating meetings, managing calendars, and working across different time zones
• Supporting on survey-related projects and tools and data visualization platforms (Excel, Power Bi, Tableau)
• Contribute to data cleaning, validation, and preliminary analysis using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
• Apply statistical techniques such as weighting, significance testing, regression analysis, and data validation to ensure robust and reliable results
• Prepare summary reports, presentations, graphs and visualizations of research findings for business stakeholders
• Participate in team meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to improve research processes and outputs
• Support administrative tasks related to project documentation, scheduling, and vendor management

A condition of commencing the internship with a chosen candidate is that the candidate possesses valid documents authorizing legal residence and work in the territory of the Republic of Poland for the entire duration of the internship.
