Job summary

Philip Morris International in Kraków is offering a paid internship within Global Logistics. You will support KPI preparation, work with logistics tools and reporting solutions, and gain exposure to a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Last-year student or within 1 year of graduation in Logistics/Supply Chain/Economics.
• Available for at least 32 hours per week.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; advanced skills required.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Support KPI preparation using PMI logistics tools and reporting solutions.
• Be part of Global Logistics community (Fulfilment & Warehousing).
• Revise internal documents and ensure data accuracy in our tools.
• Extract relevant information and perform data validation.
• Reconcile daily and monthly reports.
• Support senior staff with daily and ad hoc tasks using logistics tools.
• Acquire knowledge of SAP transactions.
• Collaborate within department on documentation/logistic tasks.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Students of thelast years of studies or up to 1 year after graduation with a Logistics/Supply Chain/Economics, etc. background
• Preferably candidatesavailablefor a minimum of 32+ hours per week
• Candidates with experience in using Microsoft Office tools and with Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas)
• Fluent English speaker
• Quick learners with good interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
• Individuals who can prioritize responsibilities and pay attention to details.
• Experience in using Power BI and VBA would be an asset

WHAT WE OFFER YOU?

• In this position, you will earn no less than PLN 34 gross per hour

A condition of commencing the internship with a chosen candidate is that the candidate possesses valid documents authorizing legal residence and work in the territory of the Republic of Poland for the entire duration of the internship.
