Your mission is simple but high leverag e: identify exceptional founders early, support them deeply, and ensure no high-potential entrepreneur is missed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in relevant roles.
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex companies and industries.
• Autonomy and proactive problem-solving approach.
• Organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple timelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Endeavor Poland's entrepreneur selection pipeline ensuring high-quality candidates.
• Support Endeavor Entrepreneurs with strategic challenges and growth opportunities.
• Build and activate a global AI mentor network for Polish-origin leaders.
