Job summary

Endeavor Poland is a high-trust, high-performance team identifying exceptional founders and connecting them with a global network. You will work directly with founders, investors, and leaders across 50 markets to accelerate high-potential entrepreneurs in Poland and Central/Eastern Europe.

You will lead the entrepreneur selection process, manage a portfolio of Endeavor Entrepreneurs, and help build a world-class AI mentor network that supports growth and scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in entrepreneurship-friendly roles.
• Genuine excitement about entrepreneurship and founders.
• High degree of autonomy and proactive work style.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Comfort with ambiguity and evolving environments.
• Clear communicator with a globally minded approach.
• Fluency in Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Poland's entrepreneur selection pipeline and maintain high candidate quality.
• Manage the portfolio of Endeavor Entrepreneurs and connect them with mentors, investors, and experts.
• Identify and recruit AI mentors across Endeavor's global network and build a Polish AI mentor community.
