Jeppesen ForeFlight in Poland seeks a hands-on Senior Manager to lead managers and teams (25–40 people). You will set site strategy, drive SaaS execution, and guide organizational change, empowering teams to win.

The role prioritizes clarity, service, and measured results over control, with responsibility for Poland's portfolio and alignment with global AI initiatives, while mentoring leaders and enabling scalable delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in SaaS development and deployment at scale.
• Experience with Agentic AI.
• Track record of leading managers of managers in complex engineering environments.
• Strong technical foundation; credible and curious, not a tourist.
• Strategic thinking with experience in portfolio and site strategy development.
• Exposure to large organizational change management.

We at Jeppesen Foreflight are building a modern, independent SaaS company with aviation roots and agentic AI at its core. For Global Aviation Data team, we are looking for a hands‑on Senior Manager in Poland to lead managers and their teams (25 to 40 people to lead). This role is about clarity, service, and results — not control. The leader will set site strategy, drive SaaS execution, and guide organizational change, while staying close to the work and empowering teams to win.

• Mentor managers of empowered teams, clearing obstacles and creating clarity.

• Develop and execute portfolio strategies that align with global agentic AI adoption.
• Define and evolve site strategy for Poland, ensuring integration with global priorities.
• Drive SaaS Execution
  • Champion modern SaaS practices: CI/CD, observability, hygiene, and agentic workflows.
  • Push for progress over perfection — ship, learn, and iterate.
• Governance & Outcomes
  • Reinforce guardrails: risk logs, release reviews, feature previews, and dashboards.
  • Tie AI adoption to measurable business outcomes (speed, reliability, MTTR reduction).
• Lead Organizational Change
  • Guide teams through large‑scale transformations, harmonizing culture and process.
  • Act as a change agent, ensuring resilience and alignment during transitions.
• Regional Enablement
  • Serve as an Engineering site leader for Poland, representing engineering in global forums.
  • Build talent density, attract aviation‑passionate engineers, and grow leaders.

What We Look For

• Engineering or MBA degree
• Proven experience in SaaS development and deployment at scale.
• Experience with Agentic AI.
• Track record of leading managers of managers in complex engineering environments.
• Strong technical foundation; credible and curious, not a tourist.
• Strategic thinker with experience in portfolio and site strategy development.
• Exposure to large organizational change management.
• Excellent communication skills; able to align execution with outcomes.

Bonus Experience (Preferred, not required)

• Background in Aviation.
• Exposure to data science and analytics in SaaS or AI contexts.
• Experience with DO‑200B and/or DO‑178C projects (aviation certification standards).
