Job summary

Paramount Pictures in Warsaw is seeking a Commercial Growth and Retail Sr Manager to accelerate Consumer Products growth across Central & Eastern Europe, the Baltics, Ukraine and Central Asia by transforming licensing partnerships into top-tier retail experiences.

The role leads retail marketing, shopper activation, promotional campaigns and retail partnerships, acting as the connector between retailers, licensees and internal Paramount teams. 7–10+ years of relevant experience is expected.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in Consumer Products, Licensing, Retail Marketing, Shopper Marketing, FMCG or Brand Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional retail marketing and commercial activation strategies.
• Lead shopper marketing, loyalty campaigns, promotional partnerships, experiential marketing and omnichannel activations.
• Create retailer-specific activation plans and annual activation calendars.
• Partner with licensees to maximise sell-through, distribution and marketing effectiveness.
• Build strong relationships with key retailers and identify new commercial opportunities.
• Manage external agencies (creative, PR, shopper marketing, digital, influencer and production).
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Licensing, Franchise, Creative, Legal, Finance, Product Development, Sales and Marketing.
• Lead multiple regional projects from concept through execution.
• Monitor retail trends, campaign performance and commercial KPIs, recommending optimisation opportunities.
• Represent Consumer Products in retailer meetings, partner presentations and strategic planning sessions.
