Job summary

Array Marketing, a global leader in retail displays, seeks a Senior Manager, Compensation & Benefits to shape C&B strategy across the EMEA region. You will lead compensation policies, salary structures and total rewards initiatives while driving benchmarking and HR analytics to support business decisions.

The role requires 5-7 years in strategic HR, experience in organizational design and job evaluation, strong analytical and influencing skills, and a track record of leading teams and partnering

• Proven experience in Compensation & Benefits and workforce planning.
• Experience in organizational design, job evaluation and job grading.
• Strong analytical and influencing skills; able to work with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in people management and employee development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement workforce planning strategies across the EMEA region.
• Manage compensation & benefits, including policy, salary structures and incentive programs.
• Lead compensation benchmarking, HR analytics and management reporting.
• Design and optimize organizational structures and lead job evaluation and career framework processes.
• Partner with Finance, business leaders and senior management on budgeting and labor cost forecasting.
• Support organizational development, change management and transformation initiatives.
• Act as a strategic advisor to HR Business Partners and senior leaders.
• Lead and develop the team, ensuring effective delivery and employee development.

Compensation & Benefits Senior Manager

What will you do?

• Develop and implement organizational effectiveness and workforce planning strategies across the EMEA region.
• Manage Compensation & Benefits, including compensation policies, salary structures, incentive programs and Total Rewards processes.
• Lead compensation benchmarking, HR Analytics and management reporting to support business decisions.
• Design and optimize organizational structures and lead job evaluation, job grading and career framework processes.
• Partner with Finance, business leaders and senior management on workforce planning, budgeting and labor cost forecasting.
• Support organizational development, change management and transformation initiatives.
• Act as a strategic advisor to HR Business Partners and senior leaders.
• Lead and develop the team, ensuring effective delivery and employee development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in strategic HR functions within an international environment.
• Proven experience in Compensation & Benefits, Workforce Planning and HR Analytics.
• Experience in organizational design, job evaluation and job grading.
• Strong analytical, strategic and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in people management and employee development
