EY GDS Poland is seeking a Senior Business Consultant to lead logistics and supply chain transformation initiatives. You will assess, redesign and optimize operations across transportation, warehousing and inventory management while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across geographies.

The role emphasizes workshops, stakeholder engagement and data-driven recommendations to drive measurable process improvements and strategic value for clients.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of logistics, supply chain consulting, operations transformation or process improvement.
• Experience conducting business assessments, operational reviews, maturity assessments or strategic transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain and logistics operating models and best practices.
• Experience working directly with senior leadership and stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Conduct logistics and supply chain assessments to identify inefficiencies and value opportunities.
• Design future-state operating models across transportation, warehousing and inventory management.
• Lead workshops and stakeholder discussions to gather requirements and define roadmaps.
• Develop supply chain and logistics strategies aligned with client objectives and growth.
• Prepare executive presentations, reports and recommendations for senior client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams supporting transformation programs.
