Hostinger is seeking a Senior Localization Team Lead in Poland to coach a large in-house team, manage an on-demand freelancer network, and shape how Hostinger communicates in every market. You’ll translate business goals into localization plans and drive data-driven quality, growth, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in localization with at least 3 in leadership of in-house linguists.
• Hands-on background as translator, editor or proofreader.
• Experience coordinating freelancers across multiple markets.
• Strong analytical instincts with quality scores and delivery data.
• Business-minded and able to connect localization to outcomes.
• Fluent with Marketing, Product and Engineering stakeholders.
• Proficient with CAT tools, PM systems and AI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Localization Specialists with growth mindset.
• Scale external freelancer network across markets, from onboarding to offboarding.
• Translate business goals into localization execution plans with market insights.
• Balance priorities with team capacity and market realities.
• Identify recurring quality issues and implement process improvements.
