Job summary

Hostinger is seeking a Senior Localization Team Lead to guide a growing in-house team and an external freelancer network. This remote, Poland-based role combines people leadership with strategic localization initiatives across markets, ensuring quality and speed.

You will translate business goals into localization plans, mentor specialists, collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Engineering, and pioneer AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in localization with 3+ years in a leadership role
• Hands-on background as translator, editor or proofreader
• Experience coordinating freelancers across multiple markets

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Localization Specialists
• Manage external freelancer network from sourcing to offboarding
• Translate business goals into localization execution plans
