Job summary

Hostinger is seeking a Senior Localization Team Lead to guide a large team of in-house linguists and an on-demand freelancer network. You will shape localization strategy across markets, ensure high-quality outputs, and drive performance conversations grounded in data.

You’ll partner with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to translate business goals into localization execution plans, while navigating ongoing changes and delivering impact at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in localization
• 3+ years in a leadership role
• Experience coordinating freelancers
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven mindset
• Able to communicate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Engineering)
• Proficient with CAT tools and localization AI platforms (Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude)

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Localization Specialists, fostering ownership and growth
• Manage external freelancer network from onboarding to offboarding
• Translate business goals into localization plans with cross-functional partners
• Set priorities based on capacity and market needs, ensuring feasibility
• Drive AI localization initiatives and optimize quality and delivery across markets
