Job summary

Sprout Social is seeking a Senior Applied AI/ML Scientist to build and ship LLM-powered features in a remote Poland role. You will architect agentic workflows, define prompting standards, and drive quality with robust evaluation and observability.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience building and operating production software systems.
• 2+ years hands-on experience shipping LLM-powered features in real-world applications.
• Strong backend engineering skills (Python preferred).

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver production agentic workflows.
• Lead technical direction for tool-augmented LLM systems.
• Define structured prompting standards and reusable patterns.
• Drive quality, evaluation, and observability for LLM features.
• Evolve embedding and semantic search infrastructure.
