Voodoo in Warsaw is seeking a seasoned Product Manager / Live Ops specialist to join our Live Studios, focusing on Paper.io2 portfolio. You will own F2P monetization, progression, and live events to drive engagement and revenue.

Collaborate with developers, artists, and data analysts to plan features, write clear specs, and ship high-quality updates under tight deadlines while staying ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• Experience as PM, Product Owner, Game Designer, or Live Ops/Product Manager.
• Strong understanding of F2P mobile game mechanics and IAP monetization.
• Ability to write clear specs and align cross-functional teams.
• Experience on a successful live game and in competitive systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and own F2P systems to enhance engagement and revenue.
• Take full ownership of specifications, timelines, and outcomes.
• Use A/B testing, retention metrics, and player data to optimize features post-launch.
• Collaborate with developers, artists, and analysts for smooth feature rollouts.
• Prioritize development under tight deadlines to maximize impact.
• Monitor industry trends and adapt best practices.
