Voodoo in Warsaw is seeking a Product Manager for one of our Midcore Studios to shepherd the game from concept to live. You will collaborate with engineers, artists, and product peers to design, test, and refine features that keep players engaged and returning for more.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, A/B testing, balancing difficulty, and staying ahead of hybrid-casual trends. English fluency required; Unity experience is a plus, relocation support available.

Qualifications

• Minimum several years in product management for mobile games.
• Strong data-driven approach and experience with A/B testing.
• Experience collaborating with engineers and artists.
• Fluent English and good communication across teams.
• Understanding of midcore and hybrid-casual game markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and iterate on game mechanics and features that enhance the core gameplay loop.
• Analyze player behavior, game metrics, and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with engineers and artists to bring level designs and features to life.
• Structure, run, and monitor A/B tests to validate design decisions and optimize player experience.
• Balance game difficulty curves to ensure appropriate challenge and retention across all levels.
• Stay up-to-date with hybrid-casual and midcore game market, analyzing competitor games and emerging trends.
• Contribute to the product roadmap and strategic direction.
• Work iteratively, rapidly prototyping ideas and incorporating feedback from the team and data.
