Job summary

Xperi in Warsaw is seeking an On-Premises Infrastructure Development Engineer to build and maintain on‑prem and cloud build infrastructure, and to deliver robust CI/CD solutions. You will work with CI/CD tooling, scripting, and configuration management to automate tasks and secure systems.

The role requires 4+ years in Linux system engineering, Docker and Kubernetes experience, and strong communication in English. Hybrid working model and a broad benefits program are offered.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Linux system administrator/engineer.
• Experience with Docker (Kubernetes is a plus).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Gerrit, Zuul, GitHub Actions).
• Scripting/Programming in Python or Bash.
• Experience with configuration-as-a-service technologies.
• Experience with configuration management (Salt, Ansible, Terraform).
• Experience with Git revision control.
• Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios, Icinga).
• Experience with Cloud solutions (AWS) is a plus.
• Excellent English written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain server, network, storage and build infrastructure on‑premises and in cloud.
• Implement CI / CD pipelines.
• Update scripts and use configuration management tools to automate tasks.
• Respond to monitoring alerts for critical issues.
• Prioritize and execute project work to achieve team goals.
• Ensure security of managed systems and data.
• Collaborate with engineers to improve product and releases.
• Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and systems.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation on procedures and inventories.
