Xperi Inc. in Warsaw, Poland, is seeking an On-Premises Infrastructure Development Engineer to improve internal tech, maintain secure resources, and deliver CI/CD solutions atop our on-prem data center. You will work with Operations and Product engineers to implement robust build infrastructure and automation.

The role requires 4+ years in Linux systems, Docker, CI/CD tooling, scripting (Python/Bash), and strong English communication in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Linux administrator/engineering experience.
• Experience with Docker (Kubernetes a plus).
• CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Gerrit, Zuul, GitHub Actions.
• Scripting/programming in Python and Bash.
• Configuration-as-a-service technologies experience.
• Configuration management with Salt, Ansible, Terraform.
• Git revision control experience.
• Monitoring with Zabbix/Prometheus/Grafana/Nagios/Icinga.
• Cloud experience with AWS is a plus.
• Excellent written and oral English communication.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain server, network, storage and build infra on-prem and in cloud.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines.
• Update scripts and automate with config management tools.
• Respond to monitoring alerts for critical issues.
• Prioritize and execute project work to meet team goals.
• Ensure security of managed systems and data.
• Collaborate with engineers to improve product and releases.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technologies and systems.
• Produce clear technical documentation for procedures and inventories.
