Homa is seeking a level designer for a hybrid casual RPG, focusing on player experience and level creation. You’ll own the level design roadmap, set the direction, and ship with a dedicated editor and AI-assisted pipeline.

You’ll work remotely across Europe, collaborating with a global team to deliver engaging, repeatable experiences for millions of players. Join a fast-moving, AI-native game team and shape how levels feel, flow, and balance as the game grows.

Responsibilities

• Build, design, and tune levels directly in Unity, covering layouts, encounters, pacing and difficulty.
• Scale level content by combining AI pipeline with design judgment.
• Balance health, damage, and stat changes to ensure game balance before shipping.
• Polish existing levels to final quality and give them the feel and juice that engage players.
