Job summary

Homa Games SAS is seeking a Lead Economy Designer (Hybrid RPG) to own and scale the economy across multiple live titles. You will decide how players earn, spend, and engage, driving monetization success and long-term engagement.

You’ll work with studios and publishing teams to implement economy changes and translate complex models into clear guidance. You’ll build simulations, define pricing and IAP strategies, and balance sink/source dynamics, all while collaborating with a global, fast-moving

Qualifications

• Experience owning the core economy of a free-to-play RPG title end-to-end.
• Strong ability to read game data and translate it into economic decisions.
• Ability to design scalable economy systems and monetization features.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable RPG economy systems across multiple live titles.
• Own the economic impact of product features and roadmap.
• Define pricing, sink/source balancing, and IAP targeting strategies.
• Build economy simulations and data models from data to live balancing.
