• Experience designing the core economy of a free-to-play RPG title end-to-end.
• Strong data analysis skills; ability to translate data into economic decisions.
• Ability to design pricing, sinks/source balancing, and IAP-driven monetization strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to align distributed teams.
